Sign Shop/Customer Service with Graphic Design skills

Sign Shop Experience a plus but not required. Will train the right person if you have most of the following attributes:

-Sales or customer service experience and savvy
-Skilled with graphics programs (required)
-Can write concise and grammatically correct emails
-Pleasant phone demeanor
-Organized diligent and responsible
-Can follow instructions, Multitask, work rapidly and under pressure

Job Description:

-Manage Incoming Phone Calls:
Answer the phone in a pleasant and upbeat manner and properly handle or route the calls.

-Graphic Design:
Inspect and prepare customer provided files for print. Create layouts and designs for customers.
Vector-ize bitmap images.

-Make Pickups & Deliveries:

-Learn and advance in the sign industry:
In addition to the aforementioned job duties you will have the chance to learn and perform various sign production techniques.

Sign Production Person

-Must have proficiency with graphics programs like Photoshop, Illustrator and Corel
-A craftsman aptitude and skills with hand tools important
-Signshop experience a plus but not required

In this job you will cut and apply vinyl in the creation of signs, use graphics programs to produce signs, make deliveries and do whatever it takes to keep a busy shop running smooth. We have a good time yet stay focused and work hard.
